Give You Back Your Bracelet!, The Great Pumpkin, Nature & Music
Sunday, October 19th, 2003, 11:00 p.m.
Religious Ed. ended normally, enough, except I forgot to give Lars back his Ion-absorbing bracelet. He let me borrow it for the entire of class on the terms that I "reminded him to take it back" at the end. I agreed. Five minutes before class ended, however, he reminded me to give it back to him, but I said I wanted to hold onto it 'til the end. He agreed. ...and, naturally, I forget to give it back to him and he's already left. Here's where my energy gets a bit out of hand, and I almost can't contain myself to terrestrial scamperings... I explode into the parking lot in search of him, to return his gimmickal magic bracelet... There he is, in the blue van ABOUT TO PULL OUT! I sprint at him, not even aware of all the other parked cars, and appear in front of the van as it's driving. (His mom even takes two seconds to see me standing directly in front of her before stopping...) I hand him back his bracelet, and they drive off "Who WAS that?!" "Oh, that was ..." Funny stuff. (Yes, I know running in the parking lot is synonymous with scissors...)
Problem being, now I'm all hyper... So, I skip past the people talking with each other, them not even noticing... (I mention the fact that they don't notice me, because you'd think that a kid running directly in the path of a car would direct SOMEONE'S attention to said kid for at least another twelve seconds...)
I have to get this energy out somehow... I run like 30 miles-an-hour down the curb, jumping and lighting on the curb for around two seconds (running on tiptoe) before impacting on the concrete again... I continue in this fashion until I reach the Family Life Center school building, upon which I run next to, occasionally jumping, running along/up the wall a little bit before touching back down on the sidewalk.
I get a hold of myself, realizing I'm about to start attention to myself... I walk back down, down to the cafeteria... (I think the fact that the night was very dark, was around thirty-five degrees and smelled great, like hickory smoke, didn't help any...) There I see the fencing surrounding the air conditioning units that heat/cool the Sanctuary/Cafeteria/Church/Chapel... I grab a hold of the top and jump up, stopping myself in midair, and go back down. To clarify: I grab a hold of the wooden picket fence, and jump up. I could have easily pulled up and cleared it no problem, but I realized that would be bad, jumping a fence three feet taller than myself from a standing position... So, in the air, rather than pulling myself up or running up the fence or anything, I just go back down...
That's about it for my physical extraordinaires of the eve... (I finally managed to relax after that, and I went into the Sanctuary for choir rehearsal, which I also did exceptionally well at... I mean, I surprised myself: How did I manage to sing all the songs (less one) without ever seeing them before, the first time? (I missed the first rehearsal for this set of songs, last Sunday.) For three of them I wasn't even looking at the book. How did I know the words and melody? I mean, my brain was intertwined instantaneously with the other tenors' voices...
I guess I wasn't completely calm, though, since I took That-Kid's (yes, that's his name, (although Kyle may be his alias? o.O) since I don't know it :-P) electric guitar (ampless/micless/unplugged/strapless) and ran up and down all 23 frets faster than I'd ever done before...

*slaps himself for so many ellipses*
Anyway, that's about it for tonight. Overall, an excellent performance, even with the church my group built from scratch material (construction paper, glue sticks, markers, tape, poster) in 20 minutes... no brainstorming for us...
We went out to a pumpkin patch and had a picnic overlooking a dam, that was nice, too... I really don't feel like going into detail about all that, 'cept the sun shone directly on me a lot during the pumpkin patch duration of the journey...

"The Blood of Christ"? Amen...
Sunday, October 5, 2003, 11:30 p.m.
*sigh* I hope it's the wine, not me. Second time, now. I go up for the Sacrement of Eucharist (Communion for everybody else...), Body of Christ, Blood of Christ... I get very queasy afterward. Joy. When it's just the bread wafer, I'm good. I'd like to assume it's just the wine, but the wine's been blessed to be the Blood of Christ, so I don't know...

Whoops; 'guess I overslept....
Saturday, October 4, 2003, 05:38 a.m.
It has just come to my attention that I have been in some sort of a torporic trance for about five hours.... I just broke out of it, and am trying to figure out what the bloody hell is going on...

What? Was it something I said?
Friday, October 3, 2003, 06:29 p.m.
I just felt like sayin' real quick:- Today, fourth period, in American History, we were all workin' silently on this (mundane, plain, generic) 'handout' (a stupid name for a worksheet), and I paused for a minute to look up. I looked around the room, and eventually over at Nicole. *Very* soon afterward (not exactly instantly), she stopped, and also looked up, directly at me. Our eyes met contact, and I continued to stare at her, she me. (Yes, I know this is normal.) The odd thing being, the nanosecond (or whatever else noun I can use for "instantaneously") I looked past her she immediately was back to work, seemingly unaware that she even looked at me... Bleah. I gotta go slam my head against a wall or something to get some common sense...It was prob'ly nothing.

The highlights of my day
Thursday, October 2, 2003, 06:25 p.m.
Well... I played guitar at lunch during 5A, little to no interest, went up to the old A Lobby and played through the rest of 5B, one girl came up and stood and watched me for a bit, said I was REALLY good, then walked into the library for the rest of the period... I left my case open, and I was tossed a penny by one kid as a joke... lol, well, a penny's a penny! ^_^ After school, I went down to Ragan's room to see about the puppeteering for our fire department... I get home, ...and somehow fall into a sort of trance, sitting in this chair for two hours. I'm not quite sure what happened, and I'm a bit worried... Oh well. At any rate, my conceited, self-absorbed, self-centered father, who was supposed to give the unspayed/neutered cats in the garage food and water, hasn't done so in three days, so I'm off to do it... I'd like to get a few "blood samples" on the cats, to see whether or not they're sick (I can sorta tell how healthy one is by drinkin' their blood), but my twelve-years-old brother will be helping me, and I can't do it in front of him; to be frank, I can't do it, period. I don't know feline's physiology (ironically, with two vets in the family) and I can't risk killing one, so I guess I'll just have to hope they're okay...

I'm GOING to become a Famous Musician
Thursday, October 2, 2003, 12:51 a.m.
Well, I've been having problems of my own, lately. I'm an unpopular junior who can't even get people to notice how skilled he is on the guitar. Other juniors -- particularly three others and one senior -- are already in a band that has already cut a CD (...four tracks, but the fact remains) and are getting all this hype from our school newspaper...DAMN IT. People get famous for being outgoing, playing EVERYWHERE, getting themselves noticed... I can't even get noticed, because I'm so unpopular to start with, and, bringing my guitar after the wannabe Andy (plays everybody else's stuff, has no originality), I'll be even stupider for "trying to be cool"... UGH. Well, I'm going to be spending a lot more time with my eight track and guitar. I'm also going to be bringing my guitar to school tomorrow -- today -- so wish me luck...

Wannabe Vandals Around 4 AM
Wednesday, October 1, 2003, 06:52 p.m.
Wow...I stepped outside to head down the waterfall stairs to go to 2nd period, Cultural Art, in the G building. It was very cold -- needless to say good weather -- and I looked up at the sky, and stopped. The sky was covered under a blanket of clouds... These clouds were so surreal, I tried to check to see if I was in another dream... They were layered, ruffled, like satin or silk, clear across the entire sky... I've never seen anything like it; it was gorgeous, I wish I had a camera. ...anyway, I knew I was a little late -- which means "I'm late" -- so I stood out there for a bit, enjoying the nice forty degree weather and looking up at the surreal clouds... The sky directly above me was dark blue, the sky farther off was a lighter hue... I guess I'm either very sentimental or very gay... I'm going to go with the former, hopefully! I guess I'll stop and talk about what happened last night -- rather, today, around 3 or 4 AM... I went around town, as I usually do, looking for passed out drunkards and/or black people for my nightly breakfast... Yep, one around *****'s ******, as usual. I drank a bit from him -- he'd only be out 'til around 8, providing he didn't freeze to death, which always amazes me, he never does... Well, I was already at the school, so I might as well run up the walls a bit, have some fun with the campus I'm imprisoned within daily... I'm about to start runnin' along the side of the street when this black van turns the corner, the same road I'm goin'...they're headin' to the high school, too... So, I pause a sec, then run up behind their car as they turn the corner and hitch up with them -- running low behind them (they were likely stoned, anyway), using the bumper to jump up onto the roof, nothing too hard... They stop in the parking lot next to the football field, by which point I've gotten off and am hiding... They practically fall out of the van (I was right) with some spray paint, laughing idiotically... and head up to the B gym. I'd love to join in the desecration of our school -- it sure as hell needs an interior decorater, at least -- but, with our principal on his power trip about being "an exceptional school", it probably wouldn't have been good... ...so, I catch up with them and laugh like a stupid bafoon -- nothing a thrice returning junior wouldn't do... -- and one throws a can to me after nearly spraying his friend in the face with it... Here is my dilemma. Do I take on all 5 of them, possibly breaking a few bones, smearin' a bit of blood (mmm) on the pavement -- which would attract unwanted attention -- or do I bite them one by one, leaving them all passed out in their black van? Naturally, I had a very nice meal, and now some very nice cans of spray paint... ...ah, as for the wannabe vandals? They more than likely woke up around 6... hehehe, I placed them in some very interesting positions in that van...^_^ ...as for the rest of the day? Pretty boring. I wish my life were more exciting.

Nosebleeds, 94 on Math Test
Tuesday, September 30, 2003, 07:04 p.m.
Well, the sun kinda hurt again today... I was walking outside, hurrying; I was going to be late to Spanish II... I ran outside, and the sun was beating down on me, making me queasy... Halfway down the waterfall steps my right ear and nose began bleeding. Luckily, I was at the door by then, upon which the bleeding stopped. Still power-walking down the D Building hallway, I wiped my nose clean, licked my fingers, wiped them dry on the back of my shirt, then wiped out my ear with 'em, licked 'em clean again, and got a drink of water before headin' into Mr. Gonzalez's room... Halfway through the class my nosebleed came back; I guess the membranes broke again. I involuntarily gave an audible "Oh, crap," amid the silence of doing workbook pages 10 and 11, upon which Kyle saw me, "Woah, dude," and everyone else turned and looked at me... Elise, who sits in front of me, can't even stand the word "blood" for some reason...She turned right back around and looked down at the book and ordered "Get outta here!!!" What in the world? Why on earth would she not like blood? I walked up to the front of the room, and told Mr. Gonzalez I had a nosebleed, he said to go to the bathroom and get it taken care of... So, I went outside, walked to the bathroom, but, instead, sat down against the wall next to the door and leaned my head back, draining the blood down my throat until it stopped... I then went back to class, having "taken care of it"... After that, I had to go back out into the sun, up the waterfall steps... The sun was behind the clouds! YES! No direct sunlight! It was a cool 60 degrees as I ran up the hill the waterfall steps are on... I love it when there's no direct sunlight... I got a 94 on the Chapter 2 test, by the way... Kinda disappointed when Ms. Ellis said I got an 88 -- a B?! In Algebra 3 / Trig?! No way!! -- and I checked it over (careless errors) and pointed out that she forgot the Extra Credit problem (very easy), for 6 points... I'm afraid certain seniors think I'm stuck up for Ace-ing the class while makin' at least one wisecrack each day (things like "Oh, the joys of polynomial divorces..." (factoring)), but ah well, the class is fun... (I've gotten over my disappointment of getting booted out of Pre-Calc: Survey, by the way... After all, I did get a D in Algebra 2 / Trig last year, so I really wasn't prepared for it...) After that I went down, back out, down the waterfall steps -- the sun was out, but I put my hood up, and sweltered under my sweatshirt while running down the stairs -- to the D building, end of the hallway, Ms. Ragan's room, for my centuar part in "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe" rehearsal... I think I'm the best physical actor of them, which I presume is boasting and/or the truth...^_^ Ah well. Anyway, I got my math homework (solving Linear/Absolute Value Inequalities) done on the way to Wal-Mart, but, halfway home, I got my nosebleed back again. This time it was ten times worse, even with my head all the way back it was still coming UP! My mom freaked out, and I acted equally upset, although I wished it had gotten worse... So I got home, wrote this, and the sun is setting, I got this new weblog thing -- brought to my attention by Kits, special thanks to her -- and I got a cola Icee from Wal-Mart with some (temporary) blue hair dye for "Crazy Day" tomorrow... which means I'm a happy camper. ^_^

You represent... loneliness.
What feeling do you represent?
brought to you by Quizilla
You represent... loneliness. Always alone and always sad about it... unlike
angst, you don't have to look for a reason to
be miserable. You want to be in the company of
people but aren't sure how to act when you're
with them. Sometimes you have to make an
effort. You can't always wait for others to
come to you.
